Do I have to pay sales tax? Since we are located in Hawai`i, we are obligated to collect state sales tax of 4.712% on all orders placed by Hawai`i customers. Orders from all out-of-state customers are not assessed a sales tax. What is your privacy policy? J.R. Allen Enterprises respects the privacy of our customers. We will never give nor sell your personal order information to third parties. The information you provide us is used to help process your order. What are my payment options? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, eChecks, and PayPal. If you are paying by Money Orders or Cashier Checks please fill out this Order Form and mail it to us with your payment. Is there another way I can place an order? If you're not comfortable shopping on the web, just think of this as a catalog and write down the stock #'s and quantity of what you would like to order. For orders totaling less than $20.00 shipping and handling within the United States is $5.95. For orders over $20.00 shipping and handling within the United States will be FREE. For any International orders please obtain a shipping and handling quote from us via email before placing your order. Do you offer wholesale or bulk discount? Yes, we do. Please drop us a email on which item(s) and the amount you wish to purchase. How fast will my order be shipped? We ship all orders Monday through Friday 12 noon HST, when funds are received. You should receive your package within 3-7 working days to any U.S. destinations. International order will varies on your location. Orders will be shipped priority mail insured What is your Return Policy? Due to the fact that most of our items are unique one-of-a-kind or made to order, all Sales Are Final. There are a few exceptions to this policy. All items are shipped insured. If your item arrives damaged or is lost, please let us know via email.
